Being
a member of the
Elmbridge Choir, the Elmbridge Ladies Choir or the Elmbridge Community Big Band is a work of love and
just needs your time and
dedication. For either of the choirs it doesn't require anyone to have a trained
voice, or singing certificates and diplomas - even if you have never
sung before, but have a burning desire to sing - you're welcome! Equally for the Big Band we're not looking for the most trained or professional musicians, but those who want to have fun and make a difference in people's lives whilst doing so.
Our
mixed-voice community choir has already reached the maximum of 130 members
and
our ladies choir currently stands at 90 ladies - however, new
members, experienced or
not, are welcome to join our waiting list and as soon as a spot becomes available, we will invite you to take it up. Our Big Band is still recruiting for the time being, especially in certain intrument categories, so please do get in touch with us.
Recruiting for our new Glee Club Show Choir and band has just comenced so please do feel free to register for one of those two.
We do not
audition - so just complete an application for membership form for either one of our choirs or the Big Band - we can
assure you of a warm and lasting welcome!
